What is the cheapest online university to which is accredited and how much is it to do the degree program?
i would like to start an online business associate degree which is the cheapest one i could go which is accredited and good and at what cost

You local community college is going to be the least expensive option. If your local CC doesn't teach online, one in your own state probably does. Cost can range anywhere from a couple thousand dollars to 10s of thousands. You have more options than those "as seen on TV" colleges - there's a reason they can afford to advertise on TV.
