Hi! is there anyone here who knows any online university that offers an associate's degree in nursing program?
I went to "All Nursing schools" website and it's a good site that really helps people understand everything about nursing career. However, in the Q&A portion, it gives the answer that "most" online nursing schools offer programs that can make u a Registered Nurse online. This could only be either associate's degree or 4-year Bachelor's degree program. Surprisingly, Most/All of the online universities that site is promoting dont have these two programs I was looking for. They only have programs for already Registered Nurses or LPN's who want to advance in their education. Help, pls! cause i really want to take up nursing. Unfortunately i cant do that while I'm still employed in my work place. I need this work to support my everyday expenses, and probably my school expenses in the future. Other - Education - 4 Answers

You have to do on the job training.

Go to a real college with a real campus. You'll save a ton of money and earn a degree that employers won't laugh at. The totally-online colleges will put you in massive debt for a worthless degree. Besides, nursing requires a clinical (hands-on/internship) element, and I've read about online nursing students being stuck trying to arrange for their own clinicals-- and unable to.

You cannot become a nurse online.Nursing school involves class and lab work plus working in clinical settings to gain practical experience.

Online is best way out for those who can't go go to regular college either have constraints. Know some good colleges that offer associate's degree
